  Incentives Program
Main Street has been active on all fronts in recent years. Since 2004, Downtown has seen a net gain of thirty new businesses and 262 new jobs. Today we currently have sixty upper story living units with more on the way. Plans for new businesses and employment continue to be our goal - we now target businesses that create our leakage to fill such gaps.

Do you have an existing business concentrating on any of the following?
                   Women's apparel      Men's clothing      pharmacy
Children's clothing     toy store             book store

Other specialty retail, or are you a destination?

Are you a wine and cheese purveyor?

If you fall into any of these categories, Call (270)444-8649 or email us for more information regarding available incentives in addition to those posted.

Other local incentives available for Main Street members who meet current qualifications and are purchasing property in the Downtown area are illustrated on pages 1,2,3, 4.
